Constructing warehouses—whether for agricultural produce, retail storage, cold chain logistics, truck parking, or general godowns—on land categorized for non-commercial or agricultural purposes requires mandatory Change of Land Use (CLU) approval. This legal step ensures your facility complies with planning and zoning laws, promoting organized infrastructure growth.
Whether you are developing a cold storage facility, a large-scale logistics hub, or a rural warehouse for crop storage, CLU approval is essential.
