DTCP Occupation Certificate Assistance
An Occupation Certificate (OC) in Haryana, issued by the
Directorate of Urban Local Bodies (DULB), certifies that a building is safe and ready for occupancy after construction. It confirms compliance with approved building plans, fire safety, and structural regulations.
Note: An OC differs from a Completion Certificate, which only confirms that construction is finished—it does not permit occupancy.
Without an OC, the building is considered unauthorized—even if it has all other approvals. This certificate validates essential services like fire clearance, water supply, and power connections, making it a mandatory legal document for property usage or resale. Our team ensures your application is complete, accurate, and aligned with the latest DTCP norms.
Why is an Occupation Certificate Needed?
Compliance
Ensures construction follows approved building plans and zoning rules.
Safety

Legal Requirement

Property Value
Enhances resale value and market credibility of your property.
Loan & Insurance
Required by banks and insurers to process home loans or coverage.
Purpose of the Policy
