DTCP Building Plan Approval
A. For the approval of the Building Plans for the sites having an area upto 2 acres where change of land use has been permitted under section 7 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 and the building plans of individual and industrial flatted development upto5 acres and industrial sites in the valid licenced areas as well as where the exemption under section 23 of the Urban Areas Act,1975 has been granted to the private colonies and where the zoning plans have been approved.

B. For the approval of building plans of the sites having an area of more than 2 and upto 5 acres where change of land use has been granted under section 7 of Act No. 41 of 1963 and the building plans of institutional building viz; Schools, dispensary, health centers, clubs /community centers having an area upto 5 acres neighborhood shopping (having site area upto 2acres) in the valid licenced areas as well as for the areas where exemption has been granted under section 23 of Act No. 8 of 1975 to the private colonizers and where the Zoning Plans of the sites have been approved.

C. For the approval of Building Plans of the sites having an area more than 5 acres where change of land use has been granted under section 7 of Act No.41 of 1963, the Building Plans of Group Housing Scheme and commercial areas having an area more than 2 acres in the valid licenced areas as well as for the area where the exemption under section 23 of Act No .8 of 1975 has been granted to the private colonizers and any other specialized project for which the sanction has been given by the Government and the Zoning Plans have been approved
